Every remanufactured printer module that is reused reduces waste, saves energy and protects our planet from unnecessary emissions. KMP relies on a systematic recycling process that preserves the value of existing materials and keeps them in the cycle. Our remanufactured products are analyzed according to a certified methodology in accordance with DIN EN ISO/IEC 17020 in order to measure their CO2 savings compared to possible new production. Our cartridges are certified with the “Nordic Swan” eco-label.

Production – quality that arises in every detail

Our production follows a clear requirement: maximum precision, full transparency and consistent quality control. All inks and toners go through a structured manufacturing process in our factories, which is based on state-of-the-art technology. This includes the processing of exclusively high-quality raw materials, CNC-controlled machining steps and a 100 percent inspection of every single cartridge during production.

Through strict stress and function tests, we ensure that every product offers optimal edge sharpness, color brilliance and reliable yield. We also set clear standards when it comes to safety: Hazardous substances such as nickel, mercury or cobalt are not used in KMP cartridges.

Production locations – modern manufacturing in Europe

KMP produces exclusively in Europe — for maximum control, high manufacturing quality and short distances. In the Czech plant Čkyně, three modern production halls and two high-bay warehouses are available on over 10,000 m², which together enable a production capacity of over 100,000 products per month.

The fact that we have been certified according to ISO 14001 since 2010 also shows that sustainability and environmentally friendly processes are firmly anchored in everyday production. Our inks are also filled on high-precision, processor-controlled systems that guarantee consistently high product quality through camera monitoring and weight control.
